Strategic Group’s operations in Calgary began in 2001 with 13 properties. Today, we are one of the city’s largest private landlords and top redevelopers. While many of our Calgary properties are located downtown, we have a variety of properties throughout the city. This gives our tenants the flexibility to easily relocate should their property needs change.
As Alberta’s capital city, Edmonton enjoys a stable economy and long-term opportunities for growth. Located between one of the world’s largest oil reserves and the largest energy market, Edmonton is home to many thriving industries. Edmonton is a city where business succeeds.
We expanded Strategic Group operations to Edmonton in 2004 with the purchase of a property that offered the opportunity for vibrant redevelopment. In 2006, we opened our Edmonton branch office. Many of our Edmonton properties are neighbourhood retail spaces, providing key services to their surrounding communities.
Surrey is BC’s second largest city. It is home to a diverse population of more than 470,000 people. Its abundance of greenery, urban amenities and recreation centres attracts people of all ages to work and live.
