YYC Food Security Fund
Strategic Group is helping to create long-term food security for Calgary and surrounding communities by taking a local, integrated and dignity-based approach to addressing issues of equitable food access.
Project Warmth
Strategic Group has been a champion of Project Warmth for many years to collect warm clothes from team members, tenants, and residents for people in need.
Calgary Immigrant Women's Association
Strategic Group is proud to empower immigrant women. Enriching Canadian Society. CIWA is a culturally diverse settlement agency that recognizes, responds to, and focuses on the unique concerns and needs of immigrant and refugee women, girls, and their families.

Strategic Group is helping to build vibrant reading communities for children to work and play.
Calgary Performing Arts
Strategic Group has always been a long-time supporter of the performing arts including investments in the Calgary Opera, Theatre Calgary, Alberta Theatre Projects, and Calgary Arts Development.
Mayor's Lunch
Strategic Group has been the ongoing-presenting sponsor of the Mayor's Lunch for Arts Champions. This includes engaging team members to volunteer to host this important arts and culture event.

Strategic Group is a proud sponsor of The Coldest Night of the Year 2023, hosted by Airdrie P.O.W.E.R.
The Coldest Night of the Year is a family-friendly walk to raise money for local charities serving people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness.
Environmental Aspect
We believe it makes good business sense to choose environmentally sustainable practices. Our current initiatives include energy conservation, LED lighting retrofits, water conservation, advanced recycling practices, and building science enhancements.

All of our commercial real estate office buildings are BOMA Best certified recognizing excellence in energy and environmental management and performance. While all of our new construction and conversion projects earn environmental sustainability certifications.

By re-purposing and converting underused office space into other uses, we are saving tens of thousands of tons of material from going to landfills.
