All of our new construction and repurposing projects earn environmental sustainability certifications, and each of our office buildings are BOMA BEST certified, which indicates excellence in energy and environmental management and performance, along with improvements in commercial real estate.
Strategic Group was recently recognized as a leader in sustainable building and performance through Built Green Canada’s High Density Renovation Program. Four Strategic Group projects are enrolled in this pilot program to date, including Cube, Barron Building, e11even, and Capital.
