Capital is also Alberta’s largest office-to-residential conversion project. Previously an aging office tour, Strategic Group transformed it into an entirely new home for Edmontonians with every residential element (including HVAC) being entirely new and meeting Built Green Canada environmental standards. In addition to the conversion component, Strategic Group is completing a second brand new tower and underground parkade on adjoining land. The two buildings are connected by a central lobby that serves as the main entrance.
