Phase Two of Edmonton’s Office-to-Residential Ceonverion Project Now Complete Capital Edmonton is Strategic Group’s Newest Mixed-Used Rental Community
Edmonton’s newest rental apartments, Capital Apartments, have completed phase two of the year-long project. The apartments are situated right off the city’s main street, Jasper Avenue at 11043 108 St N.W and were previously an Alberta Health Services building. Opposed to knocking it down, Strategic Group, repurposed the building which saved approximately 18,000 tons of waste from going to Edmonton’s landfill. This is Strategic Group’s largest office-to-residential transformation to date with 214 one and two-bedroom units.
