Strategic Maintenance Ltd. (SML) provides security, property maintenance and janitorial services to Strategic Group properties. As a result, we’re able to provide higher quality services at a better price.
Our construction services group, Strategic Construction Ltd. (SCL) delivers renovations and improvements within Strategic Group properties. Whether the project involves building out space for a new Tenant, repurposing space for an existing Tenant or improving common areas, SCL brings an innovative and cost-effective approach to every job.
Through our fully integrated platform, Strategic Group provides essential, high quality operational services while leveraging cost-saving opportunities, which directly benefits our Tenants.
