On Saturday, January 20, we partnered with the Project Warmth Society of Alberta and the Calgary Farmers’ Market for Project Warmth Day! Families gathered at the market to take part in family-fun activities and to drop off clothing donations to help those in need.
Together, we collected 1,950 pieces of clothing which have been transported to the Project Warmth Society of Alberta where they will be sorted, cleaned and redistributed to shelters, families and individuals around Calgary.
Thank you to everyone who donated and to our volunteers and partners – Calgary Farmers’ Market, the Project Warmth Society of Alberta, Jelly Modern Doughnuts and Christopher Cool, who made the day a success.
