Strategic Group opened phase 1 of Terra, its newest rental project in Airdrie. These bright, modern 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes are brand new in a great location close to schools, parks and amenities.
Airdrie’s Gateway district is one of it’s most popular and emerging communities. Terra is the third project of Strategic Group in that community. “Airdrie is a great community and we are pleased that residents are enjoying our buildings” said Randy Ferguson, COO, Strategic Group. “Terra is our newest multifamily rental residence and our first townhome project in Airdrie. Our development Team designed the project and our construction Team built it and now our residential Team will take care of the Management of property. There are three great unit styles to choose from. There is plenty of storage, single and double attached garages as well as dens and up to three bedrooms.
When Terra is complete, Strategic Group will have built a 168-unit multi-family rental complex. Residents have already moved into phase 1 (27 units). Phase 2 (28 units), is expected to be completed by August 2017, with four more phases to follow.
Terra is garnering a lot of attention as many families have moved to Airdrie because of its small-town charm. Close to the big city without sacrificing shopping, dining or entertainment. This sounds like a fantastic addition to Airdrie! I love the idea of blending small-town charm with modern living.
