Strategic Group opened phase 1 of Terra, its newest rental project in Airdrie. These bright, modern 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes are brand new in a great location close to schools, parks and amenities.
Airdrie’s Gateway district is one of it’s most popular and emerging communities. When Terra is complete, Strategic Group will have built a 168-unit multi-family rental complex. Residents have already moved into phase 1 (27 units). Phase 2 (28 units), is expected to be completed by August 2017, with four more phases to follow.

Honestly, Airdrie is looking more and more tempting lately, especially with the prices in Calgary just going nuts. I was checking out the Terra layout and it seems okay, though I’m still on the fence about the commute time during winter. We’ve actually started packing some of our stuff just in case we pull the trigger on a move this spring... Moving is such a massive headache, especially trying to find decent packaging gear and even some heavy lifting stuff for the garage without getting destroyed by shipping fees. I ended up just grabbing what I needed from the Site team because they do that free shipping thing across Canada, which was a relief since I hate those surprise 'freight' quotes…
